Yes, Dorji usually led most of the trips. In addition, In his absence- you will be supported by his hand-picked experienced sherpa guides & porters to cater and cover all your needs.
Please note that each expedition/trek/hike trips has many variables to consider. After you submit an enquiry,we will begin a process to work closely with you to understand your objectives and then provide you with an estimate of associated costs.
Some advertised pre-planned expeditions/trekking will already have associated cost detailed, and on enquiry we will clearly communicate how this cost maybe adjusted based on the final number of team members.
All our Outdoor Activities (Treks/Climbs/Expeditions) are within Low/Medium/High Altitudes Environments, with different specific requirement for ability. It's essential to "Disclose" your concise & honest details of your experience/current fitness level and your Medical History to avoid any problems during the trip. If there to be consider inadequacy, we can collectively discuss other oppurtunities or provide a training support to ace your goals.
All of the Meals served on our hike/trek/expedition are of quality local/regional produce tested usually food are served from tea houses and other local house along the way of the trip. Any "Dietary Restriction/Request or Any Food Allergies" you may have which should be discussed during the booking period.
About Documentation & Admin
In relation to travel documentation regulations, Please ensure your Passport is valid well beyond the time of the trip. Some countries now require six months validity beyond the date of your return travel.You will also be responsible for your visa fees and other travel paperworks requirements.

Nepal Visa Information
If you are planning to visit Nepal please get more information before the flight to Nepal.The embassy of Nepal issues tourist, diplomatic, and official visas according to the Immigration rules and regulations of Nepal.The applicant must fill in the information requested in the application form. It is the right of the Government of Nepal to grant or not to grant a visa to any foreigner.

Requirements for Tourist Visa:
-A valid passport (At least for 6 months) You Should fill out the application form for visas available at the airport or immigration entry points. Need 2 passport size photos -Visa fees should be paid in cash.
Visa Fees
-USD 30 or equivalent convertible currency for 15 days. -USD 50 or equivalent convertible currency for 30 days. -USD 125 or equivalent convertible currency for 90 days. -For the tourist of SAARC nationals, free visa up to 30 days. -Visa is not required for Indian nationals. However, if they enter -Nepal via air, they will have to show a valid identification certificate (passport/ citizenship certificate) -Children under the age of 10 do not need to establish an identification certificate.
Visa Extension
-If you want to extend your visa for 15 days or less, the visa extension charge is USD 35.
-If you want to extend the visa for more than 15 days, USD 2 will be charged per day after 15 days.However, the visa can be extended a maximum of up to 150 days in a visa year (Visa year refers to year starting January to December.)
Transit Visa
-When a foreigner has to get down at Nepalese airport as a result of their transit point or due to any force landing for whatever reason, the foreigner can obtain a transit visa for a day after paying USD 5 or any other currency equivalent.

Yes, it is compulsory on all our trips.You are responsible for acquiring the appropraite insurance for the nature of the trip and it's activities.
Ensure your chosen policy also covers helicopter and medical rescue and repatriation costs.
